Will hopefully never run out of anything important

Will hopefully never run out of anything important again now that we've implemented a back stock system. We set this area up in our garage before Charlie was born because I knew we'd have way more important things to think about and probably forget to buy basic necessities and run out at the most inconvenient times. I was right 🐣😂. Most used drawer here right now is ...surprise surprise ... nappies 😂. We use Little One’s from @woolworths_au. They have a 12hr absorbancy, a fit indicator and are made in Australia. They are on par if not superior quality wise to other more expensive brands but so much more affordable!

PS: the RC cars are not part of the back stock 😂

I am so happy with how we have utilised a previously pretty useless part of our backyard! 🙌 This little area is down the side of our house where we only have 1m to work with. We have a fairly small yard and it always made me sad to think that we don't really have space for any kids toys or a trampoline, or even a sprinkler for Charlie (we only have recycled water in the back), so I wanted to utilise what we had even further.

A little while ago, I installed a foldable garden centre to store all of our gardening stuff which has been so handy and one day, during one of my very productive pregnancy naps, I thought of the idea of turning the table into a chalkboard for Charlie. A quick prime with some @whiteknightpaints Squirts, two coats of their chalkboard paint and voila! A cool little outdoor activity for bubs (but mostly his cousins til he's old enough to use it). 😂🙌🎉

Do you think I should turn half of it into a sensory board type thing and add locks and shoe laces and other random bits and bobs for him to play with? Or leave it as is?

I get asked how our quilt is so full and fluffy at least once a day so I thought it was probably time for a post 🥰. My apologies it has taken me this long.
It is a cheapy from @grouponanz. I bought it about three years ago and unfortunately it has been discontinued since 😭.
We have a king bed and I use a super king quilt which I fold over three times to get the full and fluffy look 🥰. I like the overhang an oversized quilt provides and there’s less chances of either one of us quilt hogging at night 😂.

Thank you for all of your lovely messages and comments of congratulations on the arrival of our little bundle of pure joy ❤️. We are soaking up the newborn bubble with our sweet boy 👨‍👩‍👦. Still can’t believe we made a human 😍. Delilah has also warmed up to him now but had no idea what to do with him early on 😂😂

Welcome home 🏠 our little Charlie bear ❤️. We are absolutely head over heels in love with you.

This poor little bunny entered the world a little bruised and battered thanks to some giant salad tongs but he's recovering so well and is absolutely perfect 🥰. He arrived a little while ago and a few of you guessed but thanks to some instagram auto scheduling magic for a few days, we've been able to stay up at stupid hours of the night staring at our boy, giving him endless cuddles, not wanting to put him down and wondering how we got so damn lucky.

Having him here is so, SO much better than we ever possibly could have imagined. It really is intense and incomprehensible love ❤️.

Had so many follow up questions yesterday when I posted the fridge/freezer that I thought I'd do a FAQ post and now I've forgotten all of the most common ones 😂🤦‍♀️ so drop them below and I will answer and update this post 😊.

Over the last few months, we've been increasing the serving size of certain dinners we've made and frozen the left overs for post hospital freezer meals for us. At one point, the freezer was full to the brim and we were set for ages but just like the labour snacks, we've slowly been eating them instead of cooking since they're there 😂😂. Luckily, we weren't as savage with the freezer meals as we were with the labour snacks - those are now completely empty and need a totak refill hahaha. Did you have any favourites?
